Subscription Terms
- Subscriptions cover regular maintenance cleaning only.
- Minimum commitment is three months.
- Payment is collected in advance, charged automatically each month.
- Unused cleaning hours do not roll over indefinitely.
- At least 48 hours' notice is required to reschedule.
- Late cancellations count as a used visit or attract a cancellation fee.
- Public holiday appointments may be moved to another available date.
- Additional time, deep-cleaning tasks, ovens, windows, mould and other add-ons are billed separately at the normal hourly rate.
- Initial cleans may require a separate Detailed Refresh or Deep Clean before the subscription begins.
- Travel outside the first 10km is charged at $1/km.
